Overview of Role


Assist the team with servicing private banking clients and support client facing teams in meeting their day-to-day “Know your client” (KYC) challenges.


Responsibilities



  • Act as an expert within the front office for client on-boarding and documentation processes / requirements and stay up to date with all related regulatory developments

  • Serve as a single point of contact between the front office and client on-boarding / compliance functions with regard to on-boarding process and documentation requirements

  • Coordinate and manage the implementation of new regulatory requirements with regard to client documentation within the front office

  • Interaction with clients, clients’ representatives, external advisers on structures set up via meetings, phone calls and e-mails

  • Providing high quality service and timely execution of trade orders, payments, loans and account openings for our Hong Kong office

  • Deputy for serving our Frankfurt and Milan offices as well as other External Asset Managers and Employee accounts

  • Organisation, coordination and preparation of internal and external meetings, conference calls, preparation of meeting- and call- notes

  • Effectively handling of internal and external calls/e-mails and taking appropriate actions

  • Preparation of presentations, pitches, specific client documents and client materials


Education and Qualifications



  • Higher education or university degree preferred


Experience, Skills and Competencies Required



  • 2-5 years’ experience in the financial industry an advantage

  • Client on-boarding and/or documentation experience, familiar with KYC processes and requirements

  • Very good in English and German (written & spoken)

  • Computer literate (MS Office)
