In this role you will drive Salt’s marketing communication campaigns, in order to develop the acquisition and retention of customers across segments. You will shape and implement Salt’s marketing communication strategy to develop our brand awareness, and to generate interest and desire for our products and services across channels.

Your duties

  • Develop and drive successful marketing communication campaigns for the B2C & B2B segments, for both mobile and fixed communication services.

  • Develop and rollout Salt’s ATL and BTL advertising campaigns across channels.

  • Manage and develop Salt’s POS and Trade communication campaigns for both direct and indirect channels.

  • Support the development of cross-channel communication activities to maximize sales performance by generating x-channel customer traffic.

  • Ensure key marketing messages are delivered effectively via the relevant channels to the targeted segments.

  • Make sure all communication activities and materials are in line with Salt’s brand values and brand identity.

  • Manage Salt’s advertising budget (media, creation and production) with the objective to maximize performance and RoI.

  • Negotiate with media houses, perform media bookings and manage the relationship with media partners as well as with advertising agencies.

  • Monitor the marketplace and competitors and be always informed on industry initiatives and best practices with regards to advertising and marketing communication in Switzerland.

  • Develop communication partnerships.

What you bring

  • Degree in marketing, ideally with a specialization in advertising and communication.

  • 5 to 10 years’ experience and background in media buying, advertising and marketing communications either on client or agency side.

  • Track record in creation of advertising content and campaigns.

  • Successful launch and rollout of advertising campaigns, mostly in a fast paced technology environment or a consumer goods sector.

  • In depth knowledge of the Swiss media landscape.

  • Above average project management.

  • Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, Adobe InDesign and Photoshop.

  • Native German speaker, fluent in English, with excellent writing skills in those languages.
