  • As part of Trade & Transactions Reporting, a department in Regulatory Strategy & Business Change, you drive forward regulatory projects for both our Swiss Universal Bank as well as International Wealth Management divisions. The goal is to deliver an integrated regulatory trade and transactions reporting platform and controls framework for it.



Key Responsibilities :


 



  • You will take responsibility as Business Test Manager for driving functional testing independently but also part of a team

  • You will be responsible to plan and coordinate SIT and UAT testing activities, accountable for the execution of functional tests, defect tracking and defect management

  • You will need to do hands-on testing and support other testers

  • You will be responsible for preparing test sign-offs, reporting on implementation and testing progress to the management

  • Work closely with development, business analysts, business partners and suppliers to ensure test scenarios/cases are in place

  • Schedule, coordinate and lead Go-/No-Go meetings and workshops with stakeholders to elicit test requirements/scenarios/approvals

  • You will be responsible for ensuring testing adherence to the CS delivery solution policies and standards

  • Providing subject matter expertise and perform root cause analysis on  defects/issues to determine the best way forward and present findings and solution to partners


 


You Offer

  Essential:

  • Excellent hands-on experience in QA/Testing and very good understanding of full testing lifecycle

  • Track record in a complex regulatory driven environment and regulatory reporting projects – ideally EMIR, MiFIR, MIFID, FinfraG, SFTR

  • Strong experience and demonstrable experience gained in a field of testing (e.g as a test lead, test manager)

  • Good understanding and knowledge of test methodologies ISTQB and/or SDLC, including exposure to test management tools JIRA, ALM, etc.

  • The ability to work independently, a dedicated hands-on-approach as well as a high level of reliability and team-orientation

  • Well-structured working style, reliable and dedicated, ability to handle a significant number of dependencies (conceptually strong and a delivery-oriented problem solver)

  • Ability to effectively collaborate in a distributed team, especially with IT Development and Business Analysts team

  • You have strong analytical skills with ability to turn around ad-hoc requests on short notice

  • Possess a ‘can-do’ and pragmatic attitude and will be willing to contribute to all aspect of testing

  • Excellent spoken and written English; German is a plus

Desired:

  • Strong Credit Suisse know-how is an asset

  • Strong relationship building and consultation skills as well as an ability to establish and maintain positive working relationships with peers, management, key stakeholders and clients.

  • Cultural sensitivity in order to work in a global environment
