Supply Chain - Order-to-Cash Process Optimizer “Working together and standing apart” Nestlé Switzerland, La Tour-de-Peilz, Switzerland Undefined period of time contract, act. rate 80-100% As our Order-to-Cash Process Optimizer , you will lead and implement End-to-End process improvement initiatives to drive performance and cost reduction that bring value to our Customer and Businesses. Key responsibilities
Monitor and report the performance of our new O2C process
Lead and implement end-to-end process improvement initiatives together with our Shared Service Center
Develop ideas to further standardize, share and simplify
Promote and lead NCE mindset and measures across the O2C teams
Proactively engage, train and coach related functions and Businesses to ensure flawless execution
Communicate value and benefits created for our Customers and Businesses
Required Profile
Bachelor/Master in Supply Chain/Logistics and or Continuous Improvement / LEAN
2-3 years operational experience in Continuous Improvement and/or Supply Chain/Order-to-Cash
Solid experience in working within cross-functional, multinational and virtual teams
Experience in project management and/or change management
Experience in working with senior management
Fluent in French & English, Good knowledge of German
