Your key responsibilities:
Launching new robotic accounts, working with the Account Executive and Robotic Field Marketing Manager in the final stages of the sale to ensure flawless execution of the launch.
Ensures a finely executed MAKO robotic experience by providing superior clinical expertise; onsite surgeon and staff training and interdepartmental clinical integration across multiple hospital departments.
Helping to unify and facilitate the overall success of robotics programs.
The RTS will partner with Robotic Field Marketing Managers, Stryker Recon Teams, Marketing Program Managers and Hospital Robotics Teams, playing an integral role in executing robotic launch plans and fostering positive adoption of the Mako system and its utilization.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: launching new robotic programs, training new surgeon(s) and hospital staff, setting up CT protocols and consignment.
The RTS will be the point person for all new account related issues until an assigned Mako Product Specialist (MPS) is placed.
What we are looking for:
Demonstrated problem solving and interpersonal communication skills
Demonstrate ability to communicate with all levels of a medical department (Head of Dept., Sr. & Jr. surgeons, nurses, surgical techs, central sterile processing techs)
Demonstrated detail orientation
Demonstrated ability to analyse and comprehend written specifications and perform duties accordingly
Prefer 2+ years’ experience in a clinical (Theatre environment preferred) or technical environment (medical, pharmaceutical or healthcare industry)
Demonstrated knowledge of customer service principles and processes
Demonstrated knowledge of business administrative and clerical procedures and systems (e.g., word processing, file management and record maintenance)
Demonstrated ability to apply office technology (e.g., ERP systems and Microsoft Access, Excel and Word)
