As part of our clearly structured growth strategy, our office in Zurich is looking for a dynamic and motivated Senior HR Controller.

Your tasks

You will be an active member of the global Cost Controlling & Planning Team with the responsibility to drive and ensure control of our worldwide HR Planning, Controlling, and Reporting. You will be mastering the bottom up workforce and staff expense planning process for the individual business areas and corporate functions. As well, you will strongly contribute to the generation of staff expense reporting and analysis of all staff related costs of the individual businesses (countries/geographic areas) and corporate functions. Furthermore, you will be leading the development and continuous enhancement of the HR Controlling framework and systems and participate in setting up of a cost controlling system with a strong focus on the staff related topics in close cooperation with the HR department.

Your profile

We are looking for a highly qualified person with the following background:

• Bachelor or Master (preferable with specialization in accounting/controlling)


• In-depth understanding and experience in HR Controlling and planning in an international environment as well as payroll accounting


• Experience in setup of HR controlling systems, processes and databases


• Fluency in English and German required, any additional language would be an asset


• Independent and self-driven with a high level of accuracy and responsibility


• Strong interpersonal and communication skills


• Team player, resilient and willing to go the extra mile


• “Result and impact oriented” and ability to operate “hands-on”
