Your role:
The application Software Delivery Lifecycle (SDLC) is the standard by which we deliver quality solutions in a repeatable fashion. In the Infrastructure & Security CTO office, you will be responsible to maintain adherence for the sector across all six service lines, identify and drive quality and efficiency opportunities in the process and work with Group CTO on technology-wide improvements and tailoring options. Beyond this immediate remit, you are general champion for standardization, the adoption of proven methods/techniques and software quality in general.

Infrastructure and Security Engineering is a group-wide function which provides integrated and secure infrastructure services for UBS by offering best fit, easy to leverage, reliable and cost effective technology services and products which provide functionality, controls, processes and expertise across all business groups globally
Your expertise:
You have:
– experience and strong skills in software/system engineering methodologies
– experience in applying standardized delivery processes across heterogeneous teams
– ability to develop, structure, formulate, and communicate aspirational targets for an organization
– insight into market developments and trends in solutions delivery processes, as well as the impact of large-scale adoption of Cloud computing
– experience with building standardized software delivery pipelines for large organizations applying continuous integration and delivery techniques
– excellent communication skills
You are:
