Global Quality Manager / Auditor (m/f/d)

As Global Quality Manager / Auditor (m/f/d) you will develop and implement an effective & lean global audit plan in allignment with the external certifier, and with the Business Unit Management. You will ensure dedicated sites listed on the appendix are in compliance with customers-, regulatory- and with the global certification requirement.


Responsibilities

  • Develop a 3 years-rolling audit plan for QESH and special standards.

  • Allign the annual external audit plan with the external certifier.

  • Foster the continuous improvement of the Management System of the participating sites.

  • Conduct internal audit in the QESH and special standards participating sites, global & regional function.

  • Issue internal audit report on-time according to the audit SOP.

  • Prepare and update training material for special standards according to the latest applicable version.

  • Identify special standard training needs and prepare a training plan accordingly.

  • Conduct Special Standard trainings according to BU's request.

  • Develop a lean and adding value concept for Clariant certification needs.

  • Implement the lean certification concept according to Business and certification needs.


Requirements

  • You have a completed degree in a technical discipline such as engineering.

  • 2 years management system experience in 1-2 standards (e.g. Quality, Cosmetic GMP, Pharma Packaging etc.).

  • 2 years experience in leading an internal auditor team and experience as internal lead auditor.

  • Good Project management  experience (as a project manager in quality improvement project).

  • Good moderation and presentation skills; analytical capabilities.

  • Externally certified Quality Manager or as GMP auditor ( e.g. Cosmetic GMP).

  • You are fluent in English and German both written and spoken.
