Responsibilities

• Support of Relationship Manager


• Ensure timely transaction processing and service delivery of clients requirements


• Implementation of administrative and customer oriented tasks


• Understand client requirements and assist Relationship Manager in daily maintenance of account relationships


• Act as the client key interface over initiation of clients’ instructions, monitor funds for payment


• Preparation of due diligence, settlement of account openings

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Law or Banking with first working experience in the financial industry


• Native speaker in Hebrew, excellent knowledge in English, any additional language would be of great advantage


• Possess basic knowledge of banking products and services


• Possess knowledge of bank and regulatory requirements


• Meticulous, client centric and a good team player


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills


• EU or Swiss residency permit required
