Product Information & Digital Asset Coordinator
As a member of the digital marketing team, your role is to organize, curate, and manage the creation of our Product Information database - essential core mission of our yearly process of workbooks productions and collection web-launches on SCOTT's websites.
To success in this mission, the key responsibilities implies a combination of operational tasks and project coordination between different internal stakeholders - Product Managers, Marketing, Graphic & IT- to manage the fulfillment of our Product Information & Product Photos into our different Product Information Management Systems (PIM) and Digital Asset Management System (DAM).
The position represents a diversity of mission going through project management, administrative and operational tasks, photo production supervision and use of different web-based software.
Tasks:
• Organize product pictures creation (Photostudio, 3D rendering)
• Collect product information in order to fulfill the product masterdata base (Product description, specification, size charts, etc.)
• Support and inform collaborators about process and workflow.
• Coordination of all involved parties for the product information curation and production (product management, marketing, graphic, material management and IT)
• Setup and ensure the project management concerning those product information for respecting the different deadline with regards to workbooks production and weblaunches
• Coordinate translation
• Coordinate the content for the B2B workbooks, consumer catalogs for our brands
• Organize and follow-up of the content translation process
• Budget responsibility for product photography and translation
• Support Marketing team in different projects
We expect:
• Strong skills in projects coordination / a high sense of organization
• Autonomy in project coordination and mission success
• Knowledge in Excel and database management
• Detail orientated
• Aesthetic appreciation for the quality of product photo packshots
• Comfortable with the use of digital software. Experience with some PIM, PLM, CMS, DAM an advantage.
• Experiences in SAP and/or Hybris is an advantage
• Strong communication / interaction skills (team player)
• Fluent in English, knowledge in French/German is an advantage
