SELFRAG AG with its headquarters in Kerzers, Switzerland, is an ambitious technology company
with worldwide exposure in the mining, recycling and pure silicon business, developing,
manufacturing, selling and installing lab equipment and industrial plants. We are the first and only
supplier to fully industrialize this technology and make it available for various commercial
applications.

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a:

Head of Electric, High Voltage & Software / 100% (m/w)

The successful candidates’ main tasks are to:

• Lead & manage our High Voltage-, Electrics- and SW-team (5 people) using up to date
  methods (scrum, knowhow matrix, web based issue tools, ….)


• Establish and continuously maintain relationships with external partners like HV labs, Elec-
  trical engineering companies, universities, SW developers, electrical HW suppliers.


• Build up a flexible organisation with internal & external resources


• Lead technical projects


• Realize with his team all internal and external commissioning’s of our products

Profile & Mindset:

• Several years of experience in managing a team


• Natural born team leader (seniority) and decision maker


• Educated to Masters in electrical or physics or SW


• You want to work for a small & young company


• with big ambitions (start-up mentality)


• and with a highly sophisticated technology


• Fluency in English is a must, German or French is of advantage


• High voltage expertise is a plus


• Willingness to travel
