In this position, you will be responsible for the stock allocation process, for executing customer behaviour analysis and for reviewing demand & supply simulations. You will also collaborate across market functions to drive order fulfilment improvements and to mitigate potential risks. Key responsibilities
Analyze Customer Behavior in relation to Order Fulfilment process
Drive actions to reduce costs related to Order Fulfilment, to manage trends and potential risks
Pro-actively communicate with Customers to drive improvement and to resolve issues
Collaborate across the Supply Chain and 3 rd party providers (Warehouse, Distribution) to improve distribution cost and KPIs such as On Time Delivery, Freshness or Perfect Order Rate
Participate in NCE operational review meetings and contribute to continuous improvement of Order Fulfilment process
Required Profile
Minimum 2 years of experience in Logistics, Distribution, DSP or other Supply Chain area
Strong Supply Chain and Demand Management knowledge and expertise
Strong analytical mindset
Strong focus on Customer Satisfaction related to Order Fulfilment and Distribution cost
Fluent in French, German and English
