Head P&C Operations Client Lifecycle & Servicing

Your role:


Are you in the know of the international Client Lifecycle & Servicing industry? Can you count on a number of years of subject matter and management experience in Client Lifecycle & Servicing? Do you have a banking background with strategic and execution expertise as well as technological understanding? Do you have an entrepreneurial and service orientated mindset?


We're looking for someone like that who can help us:



  • lead and further develop the Client Lifecycle & Servicing team


  • lead the Client Lifecycle & Servicing strategy overall and manage internal stakeholders


  • drive automation approaches in close collaboration with the transformation team


  • further develop tracking, measurement and reporting capabilities


  • support internal stakeholders in the execution of front-to-back processes


  • offer expertise and input on trends and best practices in tracking, measurements and innovative approaches


  • further develop relationships with the COO P&C and Region Switzerland area


  • provision of run-the-bank stability adhering to operational excellence principles for all CLS P&C services provided, which are Documents Processing for Client Onboarding and Maintenance, Account Closure, Internal Client Servicing, Confirmation of Business Relationships (CONBUS) and Account Management services for banks and E-Banking and E-Contract services.


  • Lead and further develop the Client Lifecycle & Servicing team according to internal and external regulations


  • Manage the client advisors support with document management in connection with the onboarding or maintaining of client relationships


  • Contribute to continuous improvement of processes and services

You’ll be a member of the Personal & Corporate Operations management team and heading the Client Lifecyle & Servicing team (Client Lifecycle P&C, Client Lifecycle Banks, Digital Banking and Client Servicing Internal) in Zurich.


Your expertise:


You have:


– An advanced university degree (Natural Sciences, Law, Business Administration, Engineering) preferably in Banking and Finance


– several years of relevant experience in Client Lifecycle & Servicing on a strategic as well as operational level


– strong leadership skills - experience in managing and coaching a large, diverse team of experts and project managers


– proven track record in advising other teams and stakeholders


– experience in consulting on as well as in setting up, running and optimizing front-to-back processes


– know-how in assessing and implementing new technologies



  • proven capability in delivery of projects


You are:


– a highly skilled and experienced marketer with affinity and good understanding for technology and innovations


– a digital native personality


– an inspiring leader and 'people person', with a knack for building team spirit and cohesion


– open minded and curious by nature, able to work in a global team


– fluent in German and English (written and oral), French would be a further asset


– open, flexible and highly motivated
