For our Headquarters in Basel we are currently looking for a Global Product Manager Periodontology to join our GP Portfolio Team.
The Global Product Manager Periodontology is responsible for the successful commercialization of our periodontal products and solutions for dental practitioners. This means planning and execution of product launches, developing product and solution related sales strategies and overseeing the life cycle of the periodontal portfolio.

Your tasks

• Proactively fill the role as the globally responsible perio portfolio Product Manager for all product and perio portfolio related questions and issues


• Ensure global launch readiness across all aspects for market release, including regulatory approval, product availability, promotion material content, local launch readiness


• Oversee and support local project & launch teams and product managers during launch phase and lifecycle of products


• Develop a detailed Marketing Plan, tailoring messaging towards local dentists and dental customer groups including positioning, USPs, value proposition and pricing


• Define MarCom and training & education strategy, develop brochures/material/content and innovative promotional programs including digital marketing strategy


• Proactively monitor performance (sales, gross margin), seek counteractions quickly to address performance gaps


• Track market and competitors and provide in-depth market, industry and competitive analysis


• Manage product life cycles including launch and phase out


• Key opinion leader management

Your profile

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in product management, preferably in medical device industry or in dentistry


• Excellent project management skills and a proven track record in achieving objectives and targets


• Comfortable in working within a fast-paced, global business environment is a must


• Multinational minded individual with strong interpersonal skills


• Fluent in both English and German, fluency in any other languages is an asset
