Application Manager Web CMS 80-100% (f/m)

Your main tasks:

• Implement and maintain Web CMS relevant processes according to the requirements of the business (customization / configuration of the main Web CMS and the surrounding systems such as PIM, ERP, eCommerce and Online Marketing Tools & Services)


• Keep Web CMS and connected systems consistent and efficient; supervise data quality and processes


• Consult, evaluate, specify and implement change requests


• Create and maintain documentations


• Describe, execute and support tests


• Manage and solve incidents (2 nd level support)


• Monitor and optimize the running system


• Training and know-how transfer to key users and process owners


• Main contact person to external partners

Requirements:

• University or similar degree with IT and eBusiness background


• Industrial background in an international company


• Proven knowledge of business processes and different web technologies


• Broad knowledge of web application management in general, preferably with experience in Drupal


• Familiar with MS Office tools


• Fluent in English and German (oral and written), other languages are an asset
