Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist (f/m) 100%Zürich-Oerlikon Duties and responsibilities:
End-to-end responsibility from kick-off to signing (e.g. postings, screening, interviewing, assessing, offering)
Partners with Business Partners and HR Consultants to interpret business requirements
Create ready-to-market pipeline through active sourcing, using database, social media research (talent pipelining, proactive sourcing, etc.)
Create and maintain candidate relationship for prospective recruitings
Aligns internal and external pipelines and drives internal mobility
Develops internal referral program and continuously promotes this
Promote company’s reputation as “brand ambassador”
Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices
Qualifications:
Commercial or university degree plus minimum 5 years practical experience in talent acquisition
Proven experience in managing vacancies up to senior management roles
Strong operational background in inhouse- and agency-recruiting (including talent sourcing, networking e.g.)
Fluent in German and English
Experience in recruitment marketing, employer branding and conceptional recruiting is a plus
Business acumen and excellent communication and interpersonal skills, team player
Ability to handle business dynamics and change
