Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist (f/m) 100%Zürich-Oerlikon
Duties and responsibilities:


  • End-to-end responsibility from kick-off to signing (e.g. postings, screening, interviewing, assessing, offering)

  • Partners with Business Partners and HR Consultants to interpret business requirements

  • Create ready-to-market pipeline through active sourcing, using database, social media research (talent pipelining, proactive sourcing, etc.)

  • Create and maintain candidate relationship for prospective recruitings

  • Aligns internal and external pipelines and drives internal mobility

  • Develops internal referral program and continuously promotes this

  • Promote company’s reputation as “brand ambassador”

  • Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices


Qualifications:



  • Commercial or university degree plus minimum 5 years practical experience in talent acquisition

  • Proven experience in managing vacancies up to senior management roles

  • Strong operational background in inhouse- and agency-recruiting (including talent sourcing, networking e.g.)

  • Fluent in German and English

  • Experience in recruitment marketing, employer branding and conceptional recruiting is a plus

  • Business acumen and excellent communication and interpersonal skills, team player

  • Ability to handle business dynamics and change
