CRM & E-Commerce Project Manager

As part of the Marketing team, the CRM & e-commerce Project Manager will report to the Digital Marketing Manager and will have the following missions:


MISSIONS



  • Implement the CRM strategy, from definition to implementation on Salesforce.

  • Activate the strategic partnerships of the brand (Range Rover, Cohiba, Distinguished Gentleman’s Ride…) and optimise ROI of client events.

  • Report on loyalty KPIs and monitor client account activity.

  • Monitor budgets.


 


CRM



  • Set up and define segmentation and monitoring of the client database.

  • Structure CRM tools and processes.

  • Enhance the customer journey through acquisition, activation, engagement and loyalty programs.

  • Manage client loyalty activities, analyse results and share information internally.

  • Leverage consumer insights: listen to and pinpoint needs expressed by our clients / prospects. 

  • Create a community with events and activations per market and per segment.

  • Guide direct marketing by developing a structured, targeted, personalised communication plan.


E-commerce



  • Handle strategy and international roll-out of the Zenith e-commerce strategy.

  • Direct operational e-commerce by providing an interface between logistics, accounting and sales departments.

  • Oversee B to B client marketing projects (Mr Porter, Farfetch, Hodinkee, JD, Tmall).


 


PROFILE



  • In addition to post-graduate education (Masters’ degree / business school / engineering school / post-graduate training in digital marketing) candidates must have 2 to 3 years’ experience in CRM and
    e-commerce.

  • Responsible for the implementation of CRM and transversal digital projects, the candidate must have a good understanding of all technical aspects, and adept at project management.

  • With a background in successful e-commerce, candidates will also understand the operational aspects of the position, while acting as the interface with the various services involved in the e-commerce process. 

  • Organised, methodical, rigorously disciplined and versatile, he/she must have strong analytical skills and be comfortable with numbers.

  • Demonstrate a strong interest in new technology and innovation.


 


Required competencies



  • Salesforce literate.

  • Magento literate.

  • MS office literate.

  • Fluent English and French mandatory.

  • Keen interest in the luxury sector.

  • Candidates must offer successful online client experience, along with clearly demonstrated responsiveness in order to best meet customers’ needs within the framework of their online shopping journey. They must also be creative, while offering new functions / optimisations designed to improve the customer experience.
