Your team:


Youll be working in the SRMC & Risk COO Chief of Staff team in Zürich, Switzerland and reporting to the Risk COO Chief of Staff. The SRMC & Risk COO Chief of Staff team manages and coordinates the various tasks required to sustain effective day-to-day operations and controls for the Risk COO, including financial forecasting, cost controls, and general business and operational risk management. As Executive Assistant youll play a critical role in keeping the team operating smoothly and efficiently.


Your expertise:


Your have


•\tPrior administrative experience in a fast-paced, global environment


•\tExperience working with professionals across all levels of a global organization


•\tExperience performing administrative tasks, such as supply inventory management


•\tDemonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)


•\tExperience working with (and handling) confidential and sensitive information


•\tProcess / project management experience is desirable


You Are


•\tA strong (verbal and written) communicator comfortable working with multiple personality types and communication styles


•\tOrganized, with the ability to prioritize tasks and escalate critical information


•\tA hard worker willing to learn and understand the team`s key objectives


•\tAble to deal with high pressure situations while maintaining respect and professionalism


•\tAn individual with strong attention to detail


•\tEnthusiastic, engaged and proactive


•\tAble to thrive in an environment where each new day brings new tasks and new challenges


•\tFluent in English. German and Swiss-German fluency would also be beneficial due to the geographical location of the role.
