Our Clinical Diagnostic Division, is looking for his new Global Sales and Marketing VP its future Executive Assistant and Projects Manager M/F, based in Europe (home based)






Position Summary:
To further strengthen our journey in Global Sales & Marketing function, we are looking for a self-motivated and
adaptable individual to support our VP GSM. The Executive Projects Manager will handle day-to-day management
administration, projects and communication as well as acting on behalf of the VP GSM to allow the VP GSM to focus
on growing our business and implement the state of the art in sales and marketing.
The Executive Projects Manager will act as project manager and adviser to the VP GSM and serve as a member in
the GSM Leadership Team.

Tasks and responsibilities:


  • Execute inquiries directed to the VP GSM

  • determine proper course of action and delegate to the appropriate individuals to manage,

  • ensure all team issues are addressed properly, efficiently and judiciously and keep track of progress until
    resolved.

  • as a strategist and consultant, the Executive Projects Manager will ensure streamlined activities across the
    function

  • organize meetings, calls, agendas, making minutes and follow up and ensure execution

  • participate in regular meetings with the leadership in MBR’s and QBR’s

  • helping the VP to prioritise time and appointments

  • writing first drafts of proposals, emails, letters

  • prepare presentations in PowerPoint for the VP GSM

  • assist the VP GSM in facilitating effective decision-making

  • coordinate the execution of strategic initiatives in collaboration with Global Marketing and the Commercial
    leaders.

  • project lead on Kaizan projects or act on behalf of the VP GSM,

  • embrace and participate in PPI initiatives to identify improvements and cost savings to the business

  • Implement a proper communication to the organization, to customers and major stakeholders by
    implementing an effective digital communication

  • Work alongside CDD colleagues to foster a strong and mutual beneficial relationship and effective
    collaboration across the division and the group

  • Comply with deadlines on required elements of personal administration including, but not limited to
    managing expenses and CDD/SDG reporting deadlines.

  • Acting as the sounding board to the VP GSM for new ideas and initiatives

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:

  • A master’s degree in a relevant field of business, strategy, and/or related field. MBA viewed favorably and
    healthcare experience desired, but not required.

  • to be very organized and work efficiently and effectively. You must be people oriented and objective and
    communicate well with different personality types. It’s also helpful to have the ability to think ahead and
    catch problems before they arise.

  • This role operates within a complex matrix environment requiring the incumbent to work effectively with
    multiple stakeholders, to manage both competing requirements and concurrent project activity.

  • Effective, versatile and action-oriented, self-motivated

  • Excellent communicator in writing and orally

  • Good organizational/team work skills with collaboration with members of the leadership team, their teams
    and other BUs

  • Exceptional time management, communication and presentation skills.

  • Negotiating, and project management skills.

  • Proficient with Word, Excel and PowerPoint a must, SFDC is a plus

  • Strong project, time and stakeholder management competency is essential to maintain several priorities and
    meet established deadlines

  • You are required to have a professional approach when dealing with customers and key stakeholders

  • Basic Financial and Business administration skills

  • Ability to interact and influence at the most senior levels of an organization and to work collaboratively
    across functions, levels and departments toward shared objectives.

  • Strong business acumen, critical thinking, problem solving and organizational skills. The natural ability to
    think strategically while balancing several complex agendas.

Non-Negotiable Hiring Criteria:

  • A degree level education is essential, with preference given where degree subject has a strong relevance
    to our business, MBAs is preferred

  • English: Full professional proficiency with additional languages an advantage (like German or French)

  • Available to travel (20/30%)
