To support our Ticketing Department within the FIFA Commercial Division, FIFA is looking to recruit an experienced person with the ability to work in cross-divisional teams as a:
Ticketing Project Manager
Your duties


  • Monitor the implementation of sales processes, Ticketing sales launch and administration

  • Mobile Ticketing Solution Management: Manage and control deliverables of Mobile Ticketing solution

  • Manage (System) Change request and further development of the ticketing system according requirements

  • Administrative organization of testing, user training and workshops

  • Support Senior Ticketing Project Manager in strategic project management for “FIFA ticketing system”

  • Establishment project plan including. time critical milestones

  • Implement RFP processes in compliance with FIFA procurement policy

  • Manage and monitor the deliverables of Ticketing ICT solution

  • Project delivery schedule
Our requirements


  • University degree, Sports marketing or equivalent

  • Experience in participating strategic project management skills

  • Proven track record and 5-10 years of experience in the ticketing area for bigger sports event, experience in event management, venue operations and onsite operations is a must

  • Extensive understanding of basic legal contracts in the ticketing area, 3-5 years’ experience in ticketing handling and product management

  • Good understanding of new technology as well as IT system project management

  • Highly proficient with MS Project and MS Office Suite

  • Strong affinity for IT systems

  • Experience in using a ticketing system for sports events, keen in managing (system) change request and optimizing system and ticketing processes

  • Good communications skills and fluent (C1) in English, and additional language is an advantage
