To support our Ticketing Department within the FIFA Commercial Division, FIFA is looking to recruit an experienced person with the ability to work in cross-divisional teams as a:
 
Ticketing Product Manager
Your duties


  • Responsible for assessing and validating seat capacities for global events (FIFA World Cup and FIFA Other Events) in the role of project lead

  • Creating and administration of seating maps and flow plans

  • Delivery of seat data validation reports for the senior management and other related stakeholder

  • Responsible for seat categorisation and re-categorisation proposals as well as implementation in the ticketing system

  • Onsite management of stadium configuration and validation

  • Responsible for onsite inspections, analysing and processing of any seating changes during the course of the project

  • Management of seat kills / obstructed view seats determination

  • Onsite role at the FIFA World Cup and at selected FIFA competitions

  • Support of technical and operational setup of the ticketing system as well as ticket sales administration

  • Supporting the production and distribution of tickets to various ticketing constituent
Our requirements


  • University degree in Sports marketing, Event management or similar

  • 3-5 years of experience in the ticketing area for bigger sports event, experience in event management, venue operations and onsite operations is a must

  • 3-5 years’ experience with ticketing projects and product management; understanding of legal contracts in the ticketing area,

  • Highly proficient with MS Project, and MS Office Suite

  • Experience in using a ticketing system for sports events as well as in validating and delivering ticketing solutions and services onsite

  • Good communications skills and fluent (C1) in English, and additional language is an advantage
