To support our Hospitality & Ticketing Department within the FIFA Commercial Division, FIFA is looking to recruit an experienced person with the ability to work in cross-divisional teams as a:
 
Ticketing Inventory Manager
Your duties


  • Managing ticketing inventory and quota in the ticketing system and other applications

  • Preparing ticketing inventory and quota reports as requested by key stakeholders

  • Maintaining overall overview of inventory and quota allocations for all constituent groups according to established protocols

  • Responsible for the organizational and administrative management of ticket quota attrition and redistribution

  • Configuring seating charts in the ticketing system

  • Management of ticket contingencies

  • Supporting the ticketing team onsite at selected FIFA competitions
Our requirements


  • University degree, Sports marketing or equal

  • Experience in the ticketing area for bigger sports event, experience in event management, venue operations and onsite operations desirable

  • 3-5 years’ experience in working with ticketing systems and ticketing inventory management; basic understanding of legal contracts in the ticketing area

  • Proficient with MS Excel and Reporting Tools

  • Experience in using a ticketing system for sports events, keen to manage detailed data concerning ticketing inventory and quotas in different applications

  • Good communications skills and fluent (C1) in English, any additional language is an advantage
