To support our Hospitality & Ticketing Department within the FIFA Commercial Division, FIFA is looking to recruit an experienced person with the ability to work in cross-divisional teams as a:
 
Ticketing Customer Relation Manager
Your duties


  • Ticket revenue forecasts

  • Establishment of ticket sales & pricing strategy

  • Management of ticket Sales and reporting

  • Oversee and manage Customer Relationship Management for General Public and for Group Sales Customers

  • Responsible for CRM application management and training

  • Responsible for Procurement of IVR & Call Centre (incl. and train the call centre staff)

Our requirements


  • University degree, Sports marketing or equivalent

  • >5 years of experience in the ticketing area for bigger sports event, experience in event management, venue operations and onsite operations is a must

  • Extensive understanding of basic legal contracts in the ticketing area, 3 years’ experience in ticketing handling and product management

  • Experience in leading strategic ticketing sales processes

  • Good understanding of new technology as well as project management

  • Highly proficient with MS Project and MS Office Suite

  • Affinity for CRM-systems

  • Good communications skills and fluent (C1) in English, and additional language is an advantage
