Group Risk Analyst


AXA Group has chosen to develop its own internal model to ensure the computation of its economic capital (SCR) in the Solvency II framework. The Group Risk Analyst is working on the calculation and the reporting of the Solvency II Pillar 1 figures for the AXA Group. She/He supports and coordinates the risk reporting process of local AXA entities around the world.

Your contribution

  • Aggregate and report Group SCR results to the management

  • Contribute to ad-hoc regulatory studies such as EIOPA Stress Tests, IAIS Field Test and others.

  • Support AXA entities to perform the local calculation of their SCR

  • Automation of the process, development of tools to support the reporting processes,

  • Implement data visualization capabilities in eFrame/SAP

  • Support the market risk computation

Your capabilities and talents

  • Master's degree (ETH/Uni/FH) in economics, mathematics, natural sciences or similar.

  • 3-5 years of experience in insurance/financial risk management ideally with a focus on Solvency 2,

  • Very good analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills (both written and orally)

  • Excellent IT and software development skills (main languages used: Excel, VBA, MySQL)

  • Fluent English (German or French would be a plus)
