Your function:
Management consulting for our clients, handling strategic and operational tasks
Preparation of functional and technical concepts and implementation planning
Responsibility for subject area content within the project
Coaching of team members
Your profile:
First class Master’s degree in engineering or natural sciences from a prestigious university
Strong affinity for IT and interest for complex IT systems (e.g. insurance core systems, integration platforms)
Solid experience with insurance core system implementation
Strong communication skills in French and English
Conversational skills in German (B2)
Excellent analytical and conceptual skills
High capacity for teamwork and social competences
2-3 years of professional experience in the insurance industry or consulting sector
