Dry Process Specialist and Project Leader

Stellenbeschreibung

• As a project leader you will be responsible for the scale-up of all solid state cells manufacturing process for the next generation of lithium batteries


• You will co-design and scale-up the processes of the electrode production and cell assembly


• You will contribute to establish ECN/PCN evaluation, process validation


• You will evaluate machinery suppliers


• You will follow the industry trends and battery market

Ihr Profil

• Long and wide experience as an engineer in process development and engineering in battery/capacitor related fields

Berufliche Anforderungen

• You are an expert in dry powder processing


• Ideally you have long term experience in the battery field, preferably in lithium batteries


• Practical and theoretical knowledge on:
  - Handling of dry powders
  - Process engineering and scale-up
  - Cell assembly of solid state batteries
  - Experience with FMEA and Risk Analysis


• Advanced project management capabilities including ability to supervise employees and to work efficiently in a multitasking development environment


• You have a high degree of autonomy

Sprachkenntnisse

• You have very good knowledge of written and spoken English. Good knowledge of French or German is an advantage
