Analyse regulatory Liquidity & Funding (L&F) results, monitor and execute controls and governance procedures around regulatory liquidity and funding reporting
Support with the substantiation and stabilisation of the Basel III NSFR funding requirement and liaise with stakeholders and IT to communicate business drivers and / or technical requirements.
Understand Balance Sheet positions impacting liquidity and funding from a divisional, regional and product perspective
Support L&F output vectors with ad-hoc analytics, communicating clear root cause statement for identified issues to stakeholders and becoming actively involved in remediation efforts.
Develop time management skills in a tight deadline environment
Work closely with on- and offshore members and liaise with different functions within the Bank including Product Specialists, Treasury, Finance and IT
Interact closely with Liquidity & Funding specialists in different regions across Europe, Americas and Asia-Pacific.

Your team:
You’ll be working within an international IMOFC RCCS (Regulatory Calculation Control Services) team based in Zurich.
IMOFC RCCS is Group wide function with a global presence. We support Group Accounting in the preparation, production and analysis of UBS' Financial Statements, ensuring compliance with IFRS and other relevant requirements and aiming to achieve best in class financial reporting. Group Accounting is also responsible for the preparation of the Group, UBS and UBS Switzerland AG regulatory reports to our primary regulators FINMA and SNB and internal accounting control reports to senior management.
Our team further supports the production of UBS's quarterly and annual Liquidity and Funding (L&F) related report sections. By ensuring that UBS's quarterly and annual L&F reporting products as well as the liquidity regulatory reports are accurate and of the highest quality we play a vital role in protecting the firm's financial reputation, ensuring compliance with international reporting and regulatory requirements.
Your expertise:
You have:
• Work experience in an accounting function in the financial services industry would be an advantage
• Proactive and flexible personality with ability to complete multiple tasks under tight deadlines
• Ability to prioritize own workload on a daily basis
• Professional and positive attitude
• Preference for working in an international environment with prior experience in Liquidity & Funding roles
• Appreciation of Basel III framework impacting global banks
You are:
• A qualified accountant or equivalent
• Fluent in English. German knowledge is an advantage
• Proficient with MS Excel and BusinessObjects
• A very good communicator and a team player
