You’ll be working in the Securities Operations Technology team in Zurich. We design, deliver and operate state of the art financial systems that offer best-in-class services to our clients. We have a mixture of modern and legacy solutions which we are continually renewing.
Your expertise:
You have:
–a proven track record of leading global, “enterprise-scale” Programmes
–experience defining and realizing business benefits
–depth and breadth of expertise in technology and financial services
–introduced Lean or Agile into a traditionally waterfall environment
You are:
–adept at tackling complexity and breaking difficult problems into smaller, more manageable pieces
–a strong written and verbal communicator, comfortable interacting with colleagues at all levels
–comfortable switching between vision & strategy and details & execution
–known for meeting deadlines and achieving target benefits
