Your responsibilities
Assessment of commercial risk and claim potential, participation in the development of risk mitigation measures
Claim management with focus on client and consortium partner
Contractual administration of change management and preparation of commercial notifications
Coordination of overall claim strategy in relation to events which result in claims
Analysis of contractual risks and proactive proposal of risk reduction measures
Proactively pursuing the best possible resolution of internal and external commercial challenges and Problems
Your experiences
More than 5 years’ experience as contract manager in large scale industrial projects in the construction industry or similar
Profound legal knowledge
Technical understanding and commercial awareness
Very good negotiation and communication skills and cross-cultural competences
Very good problem-solving skills, ability to consider complex interdependent aspects of problems
Proficient in English and Russian; German is nice-to-have
Prepared to travel (approx. 30%)
