Your tasks
In this challenging international hub function, you will be responsible for the global positioning and further development of the FMS (Fiber Management System) product portfolio.
Your market understanding allows you to derive initiatives from the needs of our customers and market trends. Independently you carry-out market research and competitor analyses and convert them into business cases. You will initiate product developments, develop the product offering and carry out the worldwide product launches including creation of all needed documentation. Next to this, you will be responsible for the product life cycle of your product range to ensure the required efficacy and efficiency of the portfolio. In addition to this you advice customers and employees all over the world. Working on interdisciplinary projects round off this diversified activity.
Your profile
You have profound market knowledge in DC/LAN, preferably in structured cabling (fiber optics and/or copper) and a technical education (Master, Bachelor or similar level). Business management training and experience as a product manager are very welcome. You are characterized by business management know-how, entrepreneurial thinking and acting as well as a high self-motivated driver. In addition, you have also a strong communication ability and natural assertiveness. Our international environment requires fluent English, both written and spoken. Additional languages are an advantage. Willingness to travel abroad up to 20% is required.
