Providing administrative support for our Media Relations Teams in Zurich
Organizing and coordinating meetings with internal and external stakeholders
Distribution and publishing of media releases
Organize press events, prepare media briefings and Q&A’s
Operating the Media Relations office including handling of incoming calls and enquiries
Providing support in the preparation of presentations and global communication planning
Miscellaneous administrative tasks: travel and business planning; account administration, time reporting and absence planning
You Offer
Strong experience in a similar function working for a large dynamic team in a fast paced environment with international colleagues.
Exceptionally strong organizational skills a requirement, problem solving and delivery led attitude
You are flexible, work well under pressure and with a high degree of attention to detail
Take a keen interest in the work of the Corporate Communications department
Ability to manage stakeholders and prioritize workload
A professional approach to handling confidential data and working with absolute discretion
Fluent knowledge of German and English (written/spoken); good knowledge of French and/or Italian a plus
Strong MS Office skills
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple responsibilities while maintaining high quality standards
