Trainee (m/w, 100%)


Workplace: Dürrenäsch, Birr


Initially you start with a few weeks of training to familiarize with the company, our products and the market environment. Afterwards you will work as a dispatcher or planner for about a year in a specific business unit.This will offer you the opportunity to gain a lot of valuable experience for future challenges within our company. Individual coaching methods will support your professional and personal development.




Your qualifications:



  • University degree (e.g. Bachelor)

  • Business experience in the transport industry is advantageous

  • Willingness to travel (after the Trainee Program)

  • Fluent in German and English (oral & written), other languages are an advantage

  • Swiss or citizen of the EU / EFTA

  • An organized and methodical approach

  • Outstanding communication skills

  • Knowledge of accounts and general MS Office skills
