Distribution Operation Manager

Referenznummer: R-10506You will find an attractive workplace at our Consumer Goods Business and Finance & Administration Headquarters with about 500 employees. In this position, you will be responsible for gathering, entering, maintaining, integrating and classifying data to assist with Distribution reporting and analysis via the Geo-Intelligence platform. In this business-facing position, you will be part and partner with the Global Distribution Team by creating core Business standard datasets. You will be responsible for gathering requirements and assisting with development/execution of an actionable plan to meet those requirements via automated and ad-hoc reporting. This includes but is not limited to, omni-channel sales analysis, online sales analysis and CRM data analysis to support short- and long-term strategies to improve the Omnichannel Distribution and the Real Estate Goals. You will be reporting to the VP Distribution and Retail Real Estate.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

Your main duties will include the following:

- Documenting and developing requirements for KPI analysis

- Weekly/Monthly/Yearly reporting out of the Geo-Intelligence platform (ESRI)

- Validation and cleaning of the data extracted, to be made ready-to-use

- Establishing data quality checks and acting as interface to address data quality issues

- Serving as a subject matter expert for distribution specific data sources and spatial data in general

- Working closely with Global Distribution Managers and the Business Intelligence department to develop KPI dashboards for their operations

- Documenting requirements for automated workflows to interface internal data to the Geo-Intelligence platform

WHAT WE EXPECT

We are looking for a proactive team-player, who brings along the following background:

- Completed university education in a relevant field, preferrably Business Economics

- At least 3 years of professional experience in Distribution Development and/or Real Estate Business Analysis

- At least 2 years of experience in using ESRI Online and desktop software

- Global project management experience

- Advanced technical capabilities in data management

- Excellent documentation skills and experience in creating detailed reports

- Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills

- Competency in Microsoft Office package

- Competency in SAP ECC, SAP BW, SAS a must

- Excellent planning, organizational, and time management capabilities

- Passion for the Swarovski brand

- Excellent command of English (spoken and written)
