Responsibilities:



  • Staff recruitment for various company departments — Top Management, R&D, Business Development, Back-office

  • Headhunting and Executive Search: key position skill set defining, client briefing, talent mapping & market research, working with long-lists and short-lists, competency based interviews.

  • Staff recruitment for foreign company offices

  • Participation in various HR-projects (personnel adaptation, evaluation, and development)


Requirements:



  • Experience in C-level employees as well as technical staff (design engineers, unique
    specialists) recruitment, market mapping, executive search 

  • Experience working both in agency and in-house recruiter

  • Latest recruitment tools proficiency

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • English proficiency: fluent 

  • Membership in HR professional communities


Preferred:



  • Experience in HR processes automatization 

  • Managerial experience

  • Experience in R&D, Consumer Electronics, IoT

  • German proficiency: fluent or native
