The Role:


The Sales & Marketing IT lead is responsible for working closely with our Sales & Marketing teams in Europe and Asia Pacific to establish efficient systems & processes.   


A positive impact and sustainable results will be achieved by building a strong relationship with the Sales & Marketing organization, working with the team to identify initiatives, assess their IT requirements and develop cohesive projects that drive improvement.

  • In your role, you will be working closely with both Sales & Marketing and IT teams as the key link between both organizations.

  • You will be responsible both for developing recommendations as well as the analysis, design and implementation of business solutions.   

  • You will maintain the Project and Initiative backlog, prioritizing and managing work to be carried out by the IT team.  

  • Thanks to your strong interpersonal and communication skills you will ensure successful projects and team performance.  

  • You will also collaborate with the IT teams supporting, among others, our Finance and Supply Chain functions to maintain cross-functional priorities.

  • Ability to effectively communicate with business and IT leadership teams

  • Strong interpersonal skills, relationship building and experience working in a collaborative environment with diverse cross-functional teams - specifically, bridging technical and business partners

  • Problem Solver: ability to assess and develop solutions to challenges

  • Comprehensive understanding of direct and indirect channel models in B2C and B2B markets

  • Familiar with planning and budgeting processes for regional Sales & Marketing organization

  • Highly Results driven and self-motivated

  • Experienced user of data discovery and visualization tools

  • Minimum eight years of experience with Salesforce

  • Fluent in English any additional language is a plus


In addition, preferable skills and behaviors include:

 



  • Certified Agile Project Manager

  • Competent  user of Tableau

  • Being familiar with the dynamics of the consumer electronic markets


Education:



  • BA/BS or equivalent is required; MBA a plus
