Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist 60-100%


Summary

In this new key role, you will be responsible for the overall design, implementation, and execution of the recruitment strategy and processes. Your challenge: attract top talents to make our company shine via innovative candidate attraction strategies.


Mission / Responsibilities


  • Plan and implement company talent acquisition strategy

  • Perform analysis of organizational development and anticipate future employment needs

  • Source and attract candidates for a variety of positions across multiple departments and locations by using databases, social media and all other standard and innovative sourcing means

  • Own the entire recruitment process for all functions, from the job description to the final agreement, including

    • Design, manage and execute recruitment and selection processes to ensure adequacy (resume screening, screening calls, interviews, etc.)

    • Collaborate closely with the hiring manager

    • Schedule and manage interview sessions

    • Administer the legal aspects for new employees


  • Ensure candidates have the best possible recruiting experience by implementing and improving processes

  • Maintain productive relationships with recruiting agencies

  • Suggest new ideas for improving talent acquisition activities


Desired qualifications


  • You have a strong recruiting experience of at least three years in a fast-moving environment or in an agency

  • You are passionate about recruiting and talent acquisition with an in-depth knowledge of candidate selection methods

  • You own a degree in Business Administration with a specialization in HR or similar

  • You have a solid ability to understand team needs and translate them into job descriptions

  • You can communicate in English and in German and/or French

  • You are an excellent communicator with strong relationship management and teamwork skills across all levels of organizations

  • You are a self-starter with a strong business acumen

  • You have out-of-the-box skills and the willingness to broaden your experience in a business sector in deep transition

  • You have excellent organizational and time management skills

  • You are a positive team player, liking challenges
