Responsibilities & Profile
Your responsibilities
Administrative and organizational support for the Head of Deal Advisory and the COO, including scheduling and calendar management, travel arrangement, time management, expense management
Preparation and documentation of meetings and telephone conferences
Support of risk evaluation of client engagements
Maintenance of client relationship management system (CRM)
Inventory management of office supplies
Development of presentations, tables and analyses
Supporting Deal Advisory team members with travel arrangement, scheduling of meetings and internal processes
Planning and organisation of events
Your profile
Completed commercial education (KV) or similar educational background
2-4 years of experience within administration or similar field
Native German speaker with excellent oral and written English skills
Highly proficient in MS Office programs (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Excel)
Strong organisational talent with a discrete and independent work method
Dependable, and detail-oriented with a great sense of responsibility, also under time pressure
