Your role


As our VP of Marketing, you directly report to our CEO Andreas Brenner, you lead our marketing team of 9 employees and you are responsible for further developing and scaling our marketing organization. You initiate new and drive the development of existing marketing channels.


You actively contribute to the development of annual company budgets and ensure the marketing organization delivers against those targets through effective marketing organization design, forecasting, monitoring, hiring and training.

What you will accomplish



  • By the end of 2019, with your team, you will have established Avrios as clear number one fleet management software for two markets and successfully launched all marketing operations in at least one additional market

  • You will have successfully launched and developed 2 additional marketing channels

  • Our cost of acquisition will have significantly improved because you rigorously test and improve marketing efficiency


Requirements



  • You bring at least 10 years experience in a B2B marketing and demand generation environment, preferably in SaaS

  • You have successfully led the scaling of a B2B SaaS marketing and demand generation team in a 100%+ growth environment before

  • You have a profound technical understanding of the common online marketing channels. Yet, you are well experienced with marketing initiatives in traditional marketing channels

  • You are experienced with driving demand for a SaaS product with a non-online savvy audience

  • You are equally passionate about your team and go out of your way to help your team grow as individuals and as professionals. You are able to build and lead a team that is capable of being market leaders in their field

  • You are a KPI fanatic and have a ‘whatever it takes attitude’ to ensure your exceptional growth targets

  • You possess excellent communication skills in English and German or Italian. Any additional language is a plus.
