Manager - People & Organisation / HR consulting (Reward & Global Mobility)

Your tasks



  • You will join the HR consulting team with a primary focus on Reward and Global Mobility.

  • You will be advising a wide range of companies on all aspects related to pay, incentives and benefits.

  • You will advise multinationals on the design, implementation and operation of equity based compensation plans and will be playing an active role on international launches of plans.

  • You will provide valuable support on complex employee tax issues and tax planning as well as on tax withholding and reporting obligations in relation to employee share plans.

  • You will advise clients on a wide range of topics in relation to their globally mobile employees, including expatriate compensation, cross-border tax compliance and consulting, mobility programme enhancements (process design / effectiveness review, policy design) etc.

  • You will perform pay benchmarking for employees and executives, as well as strategically advice to clients on determining their executive remuneration.

  • You understand and communicate trends in the sector and their impacts to our clients.

  • You will undertake business development activities aligned to the team's strategy. You will recognise potential new services for our clients.

  • You will be in charge of managing, coaching and developing junior team members.


Your profile



  • You have at least 5 years of relevant experience within a consulting firm (ideally Big4), or gained extensive experience in reward / global mobility in-house role.

  • You have considerable knowledge of Swiss individual income tax, experience in planning for employee cross-border movements including expatriate issues, tax compliance etc.

  • Any additional HR experience is considered as a valuable asset.

  • You are a native French speaker and are fluent in English.

  • You are flexible, client-focused, have a team-oriented mindset and you are willing to quickly take ownership of your projects.

  • You are a dynamic person, have excellent communication skills and can easily cope with complex tasks.

  • You have strong relationship management skills including the proven ability to quickly build strong networks with clients and colleagues.

  • You have an entrepreneurial attitude and have proved ability to win client work.
