Junior IT Business Analyst

Job-description

Mission


You will support the HR community to analyze their requirements and design, configure, develop, train and test.
You will be part of a dynamic team of functional and technical experts. The support of the HR IT solutions is part of our DNA.
 
Your responsibilities

• Support and maintain HR Applications (level 1 & 2)


• Analyze, implement and document new IT processes in the HR domain


• Perform regular maintenance IT tasks on applications


• Participate or take responsibility for some HR IT projects

Your profile

• Swiss IT Diploma (ES) / Bachelor or Master Degree in Computer Science or in any related field with a strong interest in IT and new technologies


• Knowledge in HR payroll solutions as ProConcept, Abacus, SAP HR or HR related (HR Core, eRecruitment, Personnel administration) is highly appreciated


• DB (ORACLE, SQL Server) and PL/SQL knowledge are required


• Problem-solving skills and results oriented mindset


• Customer oriented and flexible


• Strong verbal and written communication skills


• Ability to work both independently and within a team


• Ability to work in a cross-cultural environment with numerous stakeholders


• Desire to learn and grow quickly


• Bilingual German/French and Fluent in English

Professional requirements
