We are looking for a Finance Manager for our Pittway Sarl Swiss head office entity in Rolle Canton of Vaud, Switzerland.


We are looking for a Finance Manager for our Pittway Sarl Swiss head office entity in Rolle Canton of Vaud, Switzerland.


Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:



  • The successful candidate will support the Swiss Finance Leader in the following financial activities:

  • Responsible for the Accounting & Financial Reporting for 2 Swiss HQ entities in accordance with US GAAP.

  • Drive regular Forecasting & Annual Operating Planning for the HQ entities.

  • Build & maintain standardised treatment of key financial controls.

  • Enhanced Business Partnering & Regional Controller support, focusing on Continuous Improvement initiatives.

  • Business contact for Tax, VAT, Legal inquiries & Business support for annual external and corporate audits.


Key Success Factors:



  • Delivery of timely, accurate and reliable financial information to business managers.

  • Zero errors in monthly reporting.

  • Development of timely forecasts, supporting creation of annual operating plan and input into Hyperion systems.

  • Effective communication & business partnering skills.

  • Excellent Systems Knowledge.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE



  • At least 5 years financial analytical experience, controlling and reporting role with a large multinational company preferred.

  • Excellent academic record with a university degree in a business discipline.

  • Ability to deliver and communicate concise financial information.

  • Experience of providing financial support in a product manufacturing business

  • Pro-active approach, capable of working on own initiative

  • Ability to follow instructions and use creative insight when necessary to enhance reporting requirements or efficiencies


SYSTEMS KNOWLEDGE



  • Knowledge of SAP ERP System, Oracle an advantage

  • Knowledge of Hyperion Reporting tools (HFM & HSP) necessary

  • Strong Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint & Access skills
