Climeworks has developed the world’s first commercial direct air capture technology that removes CO2 from air. Our plants capture atmospheric CO2 to supply to customers, or to safely and permanently store underground. With the world’s largest team of over 50 experts in atmospheric CO2 capture, Climeworks has positioned itself as a global pioneer and trendsetter in this new industry. Our focus lies on three markets: food, beverage & agriculture; renewable, CO2-neutral fuels & materials; and the permanent reduction of CO2 from the atmosphere.

Your responsibilities



  • Evaluating new markets/customers for our products

  • Creating go-to-market roadmaps & defining attractive product offerings for your assigned market segment 

  • Pitching, negotiating & acquiring pilot customers for reference projects

  • Strategic key account management

  • Relationship management with key existing stakeholders

  • Building up new sales channels as a part of our sales network


 


Your profile



  • Bachelors or Masters in Industrial Engineering, Business Studies or Environmental science with several years of professional experience in marketing and business development

  • Experience in Corporate Social Responsibility, Carbon Dioxide Removal, et al. is desired

  • Extensive experience in Sales or Business Development of technical products

  • You’re an engaging character and superb at networking

  • You present to large audiences in a convincing, compelling way

  • You’ve excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and German. Additional language skills are advantageous
