Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the BU business plans ensuring the implementation of digital activities to accelerate change and adoption of new solutions and services.

  • Synthesize lessons learnt from ongoing projects and identify overarching themes for Clariant: lead digital projects to renew Clariant products and services.

  • Deliver communication plans and generate content for key projects. Advocate and influence the positive effects of digitalization and motivate colleagues to be part of it.

  • Closely work with Head of D4C, Executive Committee and Business Unit Heads – ensuring that vision and strategy comprise the digital future.

  • Lead a cross-functional team in design thinking sprints to conceptualize and/or build new business models around a digital offering.

  • Evaluate the potential of ideas, define markets and their sizes and assess the overall profitability capacity of new revenue streams for Clariant.

  • Together with the Head of D4C, you will drive and coordinate digital transformation across Business Units, services and functions such as supply chain, customer engagement and CRM, marketing, etc.


Requirements

  • You have experience and passion for driving digital transformation projects.

  • Demonstrated experience working in cross-functional teams, plus you have solid intercultural skills.

  • You enjoy working in diverse teams and do not mind being hands-on to help drive digital transformation projects forward.
