As IT Security and Risk Manager (m/f/d) you will support an effective and efficient management of the IT Risk and Security functions within the Group IT organization, such as IT risk management, compliance, development and implementation of IT security policies. Also you will design and support IT Risk and Incident Management and support IT and IoT projects with security advice and assessments.


Responsibilities

  • Support development, implementation and maintenance of IT Security policies.

  • Support secure operations of IT infrastructure and applications by implementing guidelines and giving advice.

  • Perform assessments on compliance with policies and standards

  • Support activities that make users aware of IT security risks and appropriate behaviour

  • Act as contact for information&data protection as well as IT Security responsibles.

  • Support establishment of IT Security  Risk management procedures and tools

  • Develop, implement and maintain an IT Security Incident Management Framework

  • Monitor vulnerability and threat reports as well as trends in IT Security and address relevant information.


Requirements

  • Degree in Commercial Information Technology, Computer Science or an equivalent qualification

  • 3-4 years of work experience in a global IT infrastructure organization

  • Strong affinity to IT tools and services and quick understanding of tool handling from an end user perspective

  • Team player and ability to establish and maintain harmonious work relationships

  • Hands-on personality with strong ambition for high-quality demands balanced with pragmatic solutions

  • Ability to develop strong ideas embracing the broader picture while also focusing on details and critical thinking

  • Fluent in English, written and spoken; proficient German language skills are a clear advantage
